This 7° urethane wedge is designed to correct the pitch of the 100-QCA-5010 and the 200-QCA-5010 adapters on 43° shanks.

This bolt and nut combo is used to secure tips with product numbers beginning in 200, 610, 612 & 614.

DO NOT over tighten the bolt when installing tips. The bolt has a strip of thread lock applied to the threads and needs only to be turned in by hand until the shoulder of the bolt makes contact with the nut. Over torquing with a power drill will result in difficulty when removing. Recommended to torque to 84 in/lbs or 7 ft/lbs.

The nut (200-NUT-3101) and bolt (200-BLT-3102) can be ordered separately.

This 2° urethane wedge has 45-80mm bolt hole spacing. It is used to obtain proper sweep pitch on certain shanks.

This 5° urethane wedge has 45-80mm bolt hole spacing. It is used to obtain proper sweep pitch on certain shanks.

This 3° urethane wedge is designed to correct the pitch of the 410-QCA-5010 adapter on a 47° chisel plow shank, as well as the 50° bolt-on sweeps.

This 7° urethane wedge is designed to correct the pitch of the 410-QCA-5010 adapter when installing on a 43° shank. It should also be used with the 600 Series knives when installing on a 43° shank.

This cast wedge adapter is designed for our 047, 610 and 612 seeding openers on all 50° curved bottom shanks.

This bushing is to be used with all VOS tips.

This sub-plate is used in conjunction with the 200-QCA-4710 adapter on the Kongskilde VFM shank.
