The wellness and safety of our customers, colleagues, and community is critical and we are doing our part to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Here are some of the steps BTT is taking and how you can stay in touch with us:
> We are restricting travel by the company until further notice. This includes Sales Reps visiting dealerships and farms.
> We have restricted public access to our office until further notice.
> Regular business hours will continue with our Sales Team available to provide support and service by phone and email.
> Production and shipping continue at a normal pace for this time of the year with plans to continue through the spring season.
> Given the recent news of school closures, we are offering flexible remote working arrangements to help accommodate employees who have kids at home.
In addition to our standard health and hygiene practices, our team is taking extra care to disinfect high traffic touch points.
